Zinah Fields is a Richmond native with a passion for healthy hair care, growth, and helping clients feel confident through beautiful styling. She loves celebrating natural hair in a way that makes every guest feel unique, cared for, and confident in their beauty. When she’s not in the salon learning new trends and supporting the team, Zinah enjoys teaching improv around Richmond, creating comedy skits, and spending time exploring museums and parks with her husband and their three fun-loving boys.

Kareemah, affectionately known as Kay, is a multifaceted natural hair artist from Marrero, Louisiana, specializing in curly cuts and sets, silk presses, flat twists and updos, and locs. Originally from Maryland and now proudly calling Richmond home, Makeda brings a warm, creative, and welcoming presence to the LoveLeys team as our Front Desk Coordinator. With a background in fashion styling and a passion for connecting with people, she loves helping clients feel cared for and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of the salon, Makeda enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and cats, along with exploring creative hobbies like custom tea blending, glass blowing, and candle making.

Whether it’s all-over blonding, subtle highlights, or bold fantasy shades, Tiffani’s creative approach and commitment to learning new techniques keep her clients coming back for more. She also has a deep passion for education, always eager to grow her craft and share her knowledge with others. Haley Smith discovered her passion for haircare while learning to embrace her own natural curls. Raised in Southern New Jersey, she became her own stylist at just seven years old. After earning a degree in Public Relations, she realized her true calling was in hair and moved to Virginia in 2013 to pursue her cosmetology license.
What began as a one-woman effort in a small salon suite has grown into LoveLeys Hair—a 4,900 sq. ft. salon and education space redefining what it means to care for natural hair. Haley built her brand on blending artistry with education, specializing in curls, extensions, and overall hair health while creating systems that ensure consistent, healthy results.
Today, Haley spends less time behind the chair and more time leading, teaching, and expanding. Through the LoveLeys Natural Hair Academy, she trains new stylists in salon theory and hands-on techniques, mentors her growing team, and hosts community events and client workshops that help women build confidence in their natural hair journeys.
Her leadership and artistry have been featured in Essence and VPM. While she still sees a select few clients each month, her true passion lies in building people—empowering stylists, educating clients, and ensuring that everyone who walks into LoveLeys Hair feels seen, loved, and celebrated.
Haley is an Encourager —she’s a mentor, educator, and visionary committed to making natural hair care both accessible and elevated.
