At age 7, I started doing my own hair due to necessity. Let's just say, My mom wasn't a natural at doing hair and going to the salon was not in the budget.
To be honest, growing up liking my hair was always a struggle. I did not know what to do or what to use to keep my hair healthy or looking beautiful.
Through many years of doing hair in high school and college, big chops, trials and errors, I was inspired to go to Beauty School to pursue professional Knowledge on haircare. Through my experience with helping women and myself, I finally found Love and Understanding for natural hair.
Since then it has been my mission to be Licensed and DeVoted to Help you love your hair!
I believe that every person should know how to care for and embrace the hair they were naturally born with.
So, it's my mission to help beautiful people (like you) make managing natural hair EASIER! This is exactly why I created the LoveLeys Natural Hair Academy!

No experience is necessary, this course was made to make your journey smoother. All you need is an open mind and a willing spirit to learn.
If your hair is all natural(relaxer-free), you have some pattern of kink, coil or curl that can be defined and enhanced to show more health and become long-lasting. This method is best for anyone whose hair is not relaxed or naturally straight. If you have heat damage, we address how to handle that to in the Q&A portion of the class.
If this child can watch YouTube, I promise they can look and learn from this course. I do recommend, as a parent or guardian, it would be valuable for you to watch and learn as well to better support their journey.
Although we do highly suggest some products and tools that we have known to love and trust, we do recognize you may not have them. We always recommend you work with what you have, if that is what you are most comfortable with. Beyond the products listed in the class, there will be many techniques and insights that you will learn about your natural hair through this class that are invaluable!
