All styling services include a personalized consultation, shampoo, and conditioning treatment because we believe every great style starts with a clean, healthy foundation.

Services added in the notes section will not guarantee the service will be added to the appointment, Every Service desired must be booked to ensure there is enough time on the schedule. If your stylist has extra time to we will but sadly normally our schedules are fully booked.

To ensure the highest quality experience and results, all cuts and trims must be booked in combination with a styling or color service. This gives your stylist the opportunity to properly cleanse, treat, style, and perfect your hair. Standalone cut, trim, or treatment appointments are not available. Appointments booked outside of these guidelines will be cancelled.

To help your appointment run smoothly and ensure the best results, please arrive with all previous styles removed and your hair free of ponytails, braids, twists, clips, or other accessories. We also ask that your hair has been shampooed within 7–10 days of your appointment. This allows us to accurately assess the condition of your scalp and hair while minimizing excessive detangling time, so we can focus on delivering the best possible service.

If you're unable to find an appointment with your preferred stylist, we highly recommend joining our Waitlist.

How the Waitlist Works

• If your desired date or time isn't available, you'll have the option to Add to Waitlist.

• You can select up to five dates that work for your schedule.

• If an appointment becomes available on any of those dates, you'll receive an email notification immediately.

• Simply click "Book" in the email to claim the appointment. You'll have one hour to accept before it's offered to the next person.

Important: Please be sure to include all of the services you'd like to receive when joining the waitlist. If services are not selected, we cannot guarantee there will be enough time to accommodate additional services if an opening becomes available.

To provide every guest with dependable scheduling and ensure appointment availability is fair and accurate, we maintain the following cancellation policy.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

• All appointment changes should be made through your online booking portal or by emailing booking@loveleyshair.com.

• We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• You'll receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment, so please be sure your text and email notifications are enabled.

Late Cancellation Fees

If you cancel within the following timeframes, the following fees will apply:

• 48–24 hours before your appointment: $25 cancellation fee

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service total

• No-Show: 100% of the scheduled service total
