Shipping policy

 

Please allow 7-10 days for processing time for your order. Shipping time varies based on your location, between 1-5 days. We ship through UPS.

PLEASE NOTE - We are not responsible for lost, damaged or undeliverable packages. Once your order has been dropped off to the shipping carrier, we no longer have any control over how or when your order arrives. If you have any issues with your delivery, we are happy to check tracking and/or help file a lost package claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. We carefully package everything and use fragile labels. Although rare, sometimes packages do get lost, damaged or stolen. If this is a concern of yours, please purchase insurance when ordering so that you can be reimbursed if your package is lost or damaged.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your package is damaged due to the shipping carrier, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the event of these occurrences. Please purchase shipping insurance to have your full order replaced if this is a concern of yours.
